Lose 50 Pounds FAQ: What are the chances? I am 23 years old, 5′4 and almost 200 pounds :(…but I don’t even eat a ton. What do you recommend my caloric intake be? Any other tips? Has anyone out there been able to do this without killing themselves?…or is 30 pounds more reasonable?
