Lose 50 Pounds FAQ: I need to lose around 50 pounds. I’m female, I’m 200 right now, I’m 5′7. I’ve been doing 50 minutes of cardio at least 6 days a week and 30 minutes of abs/arms/legs strength training every other day.
I haven’t done much to change my diet except portion control.
