The reason I ask is because Prom is coming up in May and my mom already made the dress and everything and she doesn’t have time to make another one and we don’t have money to buy one so i was trying to get back to the weight i started at. I know about the food restrictions its just i tried exercise but i cant stick to it. How can i stick to exercise as well??? Please Help ME!!!!!

It’s very difficult to lose weight only making a specific exercise, you have also to change your diet. When I say diet, I’m thinking in something very sound, and long range, not for only a period. It must be changing for better, with plenty of pleasure to you when eating. Something to keep for a hole life. To achieve this kind of diet, it would be better to ask a nutritionist to plan with you, what you must eat from now on. Then come the exercises, the best one is walking. The problem is if you’re too much over weighted, you’ll need first to lose some pounds to relief you knees, before an exercising program, as walking or running (this must be a second step). Abs and lift weights are also great.
As soon you take the decision, it’ll be easier for you, go on, you can do it.

P.S. I wouldn’t say diet must be a food restriction, as explain above.It’s the right choose to eat healthy but with lots of pleasure. Why don’t you try walking? Increase gradually but do it. The first 3 month of exercising are always difficult. After this come the opposite situation, You’ll feel bad if you can’t do it. If I were you I wouldn’t decide for a healthier life just because of a dress, it’s something far beyond, it’s feeling good and happier.Thank you.
