I want to lose 50 pounds by Christmas. What is the easiest way to do this?

I have a very very hard time sticking to those diets where I have to count calories, or count fat, or add stuff up like that.
I also can’t lift weights or anything like because my right arm is 75% paralyzed because of an injury that happened when I was born
When I was in Kindergarten there was this boy. He called me his girlfriend and I called him my boyfriend. We would sit together in class, at lunch and we were always together. At recess everyday he would pick me flowers. Well, at the end of the school year he told me the sad news that he was moving. He gave me a picture of himself to remember him by.

Well now, we are both 19 years old, and he found me. I got a friend request from him on myspace last week and I cried because I was so happy. I could believe we recognized each other after so long.

Anyway, we have arranged for him to come to my Christmas party so I need to look good for this reunion!! :-D

The best way I ever lost weight was to cut out all your sugars, watch your carbs (breads, pastas, etc). and limit your portions.

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months doing this.

You can pretty much eat anything you want as long as you watch your portions.

I would advice you to see a nutricionist. He/she will pick a right healthy diet for you. With wich you will neither starve your body nor will be counting calories. Going on a strict diet and starving your body may result in gaining even more weight. So see a nutricionist and excercise.

eat smaller portions more often cut out all processed foods like white rice or grains other than whole grains eat mostly vegetable 75% uncooked 25% cooked moderate fruits no dairy products avoid fish meat chicken and sugar . drink a gallon of water a day not tea or coffee or soda but pure water . avoid spicey food and sulfites . I lost 85 lbs without any exercise this way in three months . lots of salads without fatty dressing help try cutting up sundry raw vegetables in it along with the traditional lettuce and onions and such . a vinegrette is good for non fat dressing usually . no junk food!

Trying to lose that much weight in that short time is a very dangerous shock to your body.

I suggest that you set your goal for 25- 30 pounds- that is plenty to drop in just a few months.

lower your portions skip the butters and sauces.

Get rid of any junk food no soda’s no snacking between meals. If you positively need to snack get some granola bars or cereal that you can munch rather than Doritos or potato chips
