Buy a juicer and drink pure juice from all fruits and vegetables for as long as you need to it is 100% better than dieting but if u need more answers go to google.com and search juice fast
Sensible eating (not a strict diet) and exercise. In my case, cycling worked for me. I lost about 60 pounds 5 years ago and have kept it off by continuing to eat smart and ride my bike. I probably have gained a little back over the winter, but as soon as the weather turns nice, I’ll be getting the bike out and it shouldn’t take long to get back to normal weight.
Specific meal choices would be up to you, but I just added fruits and vegetables to my regular meals. Instead of a second helping of mashed potatoes, I’d have a salad instead. Instead of sitting in front of the TV eating potato chips, I’d have an apple or a yogurt.
Diets per se don’t work. Most of the time people go right back to their old eating habits and gain all their weight back. You have to make lifestyle changes by not eating junk food and sticking with an exercise routine. Pick an exercise that you enjoy; that way it will be fun and it won’t seem like work.

I do swimming and jogging 6 days a week (except Saturdays) for at least 30 minutes, sometimes for up to 1 hour.
Diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and lots of water will provide you with energy
And avoid eating late.
