You want to maintain lean muscle and bone and only focus on the fat. So, you want to lose fat not weight.

When you diet, you lose one to one of muscle and bone. Then, you gain it all back as fat.

I believe you know this because you asked what is the quickest way without dieting.

I continued to eat right but did it with the help of this.

you need to watch what you eat no matter what. just because you exercise every day does not make up for eating hamburgers and french fries. dont diet, just make better choices. dont count calories, just chose veggies and lean protein options. also, take one day off a week. your body needs a rest.

Diets don’t work. If you exercise enough, your appetite decreases. Regarding exercise, you should do both, weight lifting makes the muscles more efficient to burn fat and jogging burns carbs. Eat when you want, just watch the amount. This is from 30 years of experience. Feel free to contact me.
