only dieting will not help. It is a fact that those who diet still retain lumps of fat around their organs, which make them have to work harder. Exercise at least twice a week. Try running or walking more.

Eating healthy and tracking your calories is a really good start. Here are some tips:

1. cut out all soda and surgary drinks
2. drink at least 64 oz. water per day
3. eat lots of fruits and veggies
4. switch to lean protein (chicken and fish)
5. switch to whole grain foods instead of processed white bread and pasta
6. exercise at least 30 minutes per day

Getting in at least 30 minutes of exercise doesn’t have to be a bit chore. Three sessions of 10 minutes each will get your 30 minutes in. Also look for ways to increase your activity without a formal workout such as parking further away at the mall, taking the stairs, walking to the corner store instead of driving, speed up the housework routine and break a sweat.

You could also buy a pedometer so you can count your steps during the day. Just buy wearing a pedometer will make you more aware of your exercise throughout the day and motivate you to beat yesterday’s number.

Decrease current calorie intake by about 500 cals /day. This will net you about a 1lb weight loss/week. It is slow, but sustainable. By the time next July rolls around, you will have met your goal.

if you reduce your meat intake you should loose weight easier you really should just have a serving of meat a day not with every meal

Seek advise from a nutritionist or your doctor. You may have the body type that this is normal. Do not change yourself for anyone. Yob are probably a beautiful woman and this is your natural makeup (genetically). If you want to do this for you go to your local health club or YMCA and talk to a certified personal trainer. Martial arts can also give you another alternative and also build you mind body and soul. I wish you the best and remember you are a beautiful soul.

Listen to what Pam T is telling you. It’s answer number 2 and I’d tell you to do the same thing. Sugar is the greatest culprit.

Eat healthy, and decrease your calorie intake. Not so much it’s going to kill you, though.

I know you said “naturally”, but I play DDR. It helps… and I eat oatmeal or cereal for breakfast… and I just don’t drink soda, I’ve been living off of Gatorade, water, and Diet Lipton Green Tea (the cold one). I just started eating really healthy a few days ago so I’m not really sure if I’ve lost any weight. Plus I did a stupid move and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes with no socks or shoes on, and now I have blisters on my feet, and it hurts when I just walk. So now I can’t even exercise for a few days till these blisters heal. If you’re gonna run on the treadmill, my advice is to wear socks and shoes, you won’t regret it, haha.

I need to lose about 40-60 pounds so I’m trying, but I can’t really find anything for FREE that will tell me how to lose weight fast. So yeah.
