Lose 50 Pounds FAQ:
Hey, im 19 and in the last year in half i’ve gained about 50 pounds and i have a lot of strechmarks on my sides. Im scared if i lose the weight that i’ll have a lot of lose skin but im hoping that since im still young that it might not be as big as a issue…has anyone lost the weight and didnt have to worry about the extra skin?

make sure you loose weight slowly, so your skin has time to shrink down.
The slower you lose it, the lower your chance of having loose skin will be. Being young definitely makes a difference, too. At 19, your skin will probably recover fine. If there is a bit of loose skin, it might go away over time.
Good luck!
The loose skin is much better than the fat trust me. I’ve lost over 100 so yeah, there is skin.. but less as time goes on and exercise does help. Anyway you will look so much better with the 50 off that the skin won’t even be an issue. Dont’ use that as your excuse not to do what is right for your body.
well alll i can say is work out and eat healthy. i dont think ull get too loose of skin but some muscle workouts usually tighten things back up.
dont worry about having extra skin once youlift weight instead of cardio workout ur skin will get tight and start to be less jiggly..i faced the same problem as you wil losing 40 lbs last year but now iam fine no need for plastic surgery…good luck
