I have to lose my baby weight by June, I was wondering how do you keep focused on it, I mean I want this off so bad! I am on a diet but I just do not wanna fall back again. Any advice to keep me going mentally?

Diet is a four letter word around my house. My husband needed to lose weight for health reasons and we made a complete lifestyle change. Dr. Andrew Weil has an 8 week starter plan that we highly reccomend because it extends beyond a diet, and goes into lifestyle that can be adapted and lived far beyond any temporary diet.

Well, some people would say to put a picture of yourself before pregnancy on the refrigerator for motivation. I would say that you need to find an exercise program that is mentally enjoyable for you. It depends on your personality and mood. Are you involved in a gym or is it possible to buy equipment for home like a bike or treadmill? I personally prefer stationary bike and elliptical 5 days a week, and yoga 3 times a week for flexibility. With yoga, it is inexpensive and improves posture so you stand taller. It is really up to you.

first you need to get moving….the easiest way to do this is to put on a pair of comfortable shoes and then start walking for 20 minutes on the first week then add another 20 minutes on the second week and so on until you reach 2 hours a day and maintain that for the rest of the year and you will see….drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruits during the day and you will see results…most people start by jogging or running and after a while they quit working out…don’t be one of them…walking is the easiest sport one can perform…it may sound easy but the benefits are great and noticeable…you will see results on your third week….but watch for your daily intake of calories….do not overeat.!!!!!….its very simple…start walking.

Get an edge that will put you ahead of the game! I had been working on a diet to lose weight for a long time. It ******! I didn’t have motivation. Then a guy I met at work told me about a program that would give me a jump start. It worked perfectly. I lost over 29 lbs quick and am now motivated to eat better and work out! Good luck.
