I weigh 150-200 pounds and not proud i’ve struggled my whole life and i am willing to do anything. i am still young but i need to chang for my health i need your help!!!

Well there’s a pretty big difference between 150 and 200 pounds. Which one do you weigh? And the only way to lose 50 pounds in one week is to cut off a leg.

sorry hun thats probably not going to happen unless you have surgery.
Just keep exercising and eating the right foods and eventually the weight will melt off, really [: good luck

I hear Meth+Crack-food=lose of 50pounds.
Other then that I would expect only 20pound lose in a week.
20pounds if you run/walk all day and do jumping jacks in a sauna.

That is literally impossible. Even if you starved yourself the whole time, there’s no freaking way you would lose that much weight. First of all, if you’d like to lose weight, set up some reasonable standards. A couple months ago I weighed 145, I’m now down to 123. Honestly, the best weigh to go about it is diet and exercise as cliche as it may sound. Go out for a run, even a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Little adjustments like that really do make a difference. Make sure you have people supporting you, motivating you, and helping you manage a healthy diet. You have to eat right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s extremely essential.

Instead of aiming for an excessive amount of weight loss in one week (one that isn’t even possible might I add) aim to lose 2-3 pounds in one week. It’s gradual, but it’s worth it. and you’re much more likely to keep the weight off.

i’d say most you could maybe loose10-15 pounds
most of that being water weight so those results would not
1 lb=3500 cals

mm, no. sorry.
even going anorexic you can’t lose fifty pounds in seven days.
i lost fourty in three months.
take it easy.
diet and exercise; i know it’s cliche but it works.

oh and btw,
