I want to know if I can lose weight in that period of time without surgery/using diet pills/etc. I’m 5′4″ 1/2, and the weight I’m suppose to be around is 123, so I’m wondering if you guys can give suggestions. I’m very serious about losing weight, plus it’s summer and I’m hoping I’ll lose it twice as fast.

you can’t lose that much weight that fast and keep it off. You should aim to lose about 2lbs/week or if you are really overweight then you might be able to lose 4lbs so if you worked really hard you might be able to lose 20lbs in 2 months and that would make a HUGE difference.
It can be done if you want to starve yourself and exercise every minute. Not the way to go. Unhealthy. Your body can’t adjust to weight dropped that quickly and it can have serious health risks associated with it. Take your time. The weight was not put on it a day and it should not come off in a day.
Possible but unhealthy. Atkins can give you those results but it would not be healthy to do that so quickly. Check with your doctor.
