well could i lose 50 pounds in 5 in a half months if i walk fast and jog everyday for a hour or more
and eat dinner once and just a sanwitch with turkey and cheese and a lil bit of mustard everyday for lunch. an before i run a 100 calorie juice and drink alot of water?

o yeah and 5′5 240 pounds only 16
is it possible if it aint gimme another plan
and i got alot of fat on my love handles and i have man ***** lol

Yeah man, u in five months u could lose more i bet, if u went real crazy. Run alot, situps, pushups (u probably cant do any yet, no offense), just work till u cant do any more,then do more. If u really tire yourself out, You’ll lose weight

You need to discuss the best way for you to lose weight with a doctor. You have a lot of weight to lose, and your body isn’t done growing.

The faster you lose weight, the more likely you will be to put it back on. A couple of pounds a week is a good rate, with high chance of keeping it off long term.

Do not cut your calories real low, and do not skip any meals. Restricting calories only slows your metabolism and hampers your ability to lose weight.

Eat a well balanced diet of fruit and veggies and lean meats and complex carbs and whole grains and healthy fats and drink lots of water. If your folks will take you to a nutritionist, that would be great. You need to learn how to eat properly to lose, and how to eat properly to keep it off long term.

Take care of you and do this the right way…see a doctor and get professional advice. Your health is worth it!

That is pushing it a little. I would think 40 would be more sustainable (less likely for you to get so starved that you cheat.)

Add up the calories of what you eat - write down the foods and portions and look up their calories on the web. Try to eat close to 1000-1500 calories per day. Choose your food a little more carefully so you get a good variety of nourishing and not boring things to eat. Your exercise sounds good (more than most people on a diet are doing).

hey, i remember how that was man. I was 215 lbs at 5 foot 9. Im now 5 10 at 145 lbs. I lost that weight in 6 months. I didnt think i could but i did. Here are the SIMPLEST ways to cut calories, this exactly how i did. NO chips, NO!! SODA, NO fast food. Drink plenty of water, let skinless bonless chicken ****** be your new best friend. Your walking/jogging plan is very good, but i advise you u need to do some resistance training or you will have lots of “loose skin” and trust me, it looks just as bad. I bought a bowflex, i have never been in better shape, Dont eat like that, east 5 little meals a day to boost metablosim and helps you from gorging on one meal. for snacks try fruit. Just remember drink allot of water, nothing else. That alone will probabaly cut out at least 300-500 calories a day, i remember when i was that weight i pounded juice and coke.
