I would ride bike for 30 minutes everyday. I would go on the elliptical for 1 hour and i would walk my dog for 10 minutes 2 a day. I would eat this. 4 Egg whites, 2 peices of bacon, 1 peice of whole grain toast. Lunch would be something tiny like a soup or carrots and cottage cheese and a apple with the soup or cottage cheese and carrots. Then supper would be something my mom makes which is ussually spaghetti or a hot dish or chicken and something or tacos. And i would only eat a little bit of it. Dont say im not eating alot cuz i used to eat alot and i need to cut down. Also im 5ft 10 inches and weigh 199 pounds. Thanks so could i lose 10 pounds a month and lose 50 pounds in 5 monthes. Like on the 3rd month i would kick it up a notch.

yes it’s very doable. Try not to lose more than 2 lbs a week, though.

woah i lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and i just ate what u eating i didnt bother working out so you might lose more lol dont go anorexic though and dont kick up a notch insteadof cardio do weightlifting ull way more but u will look better and more girls will go after u
