I weigh 164 pounds and i want to lose 50 pounds gradually. my mom would never let me go on a diet. I just want a exercise routine to get rid of my belly fat and my thy fat in under 5 months that wont take longer than 15 minutes a day, and if there are no exercise routines that take at least 15 min a day i don’t want it to take over 25 min.

Do some weight training in the am and cardio at night. Cut off the excess fat from yr meat and chicken,Eat the fish— not fried, lay of the soft drinks, eat more veggies. Don’t eat the bread in yr burger. Actually, only eat bread in the a.m. Drink lots of water- bout a gallon - 1 1/2 a day. good luck

Well you’re doomed to fail.

Couple of things wrong with what you want:

Losing that amount of weight can only be achieved through changing your current diet AND exercising.
If you’ve never exercised in your life, start with trying to do 5 minutes and building it up to between 30-60 minutes eventually. combine that with eating less, but eating healthily and you will lose 50 lbs. it’s going to take longer than 5 months if you want to lose it AND keep it off. Aim for 8 months..but remember, your exercise regime and diet will have to be for life- this is a life style change to keep the pounds off, otherwise you’ll just gain if you revert back to old habits. Start today and stick with it even when you feel worthless and feel like giving up. Believe me, fitting into clothes and having people tell you how great you look..well nothing tastes as good as that! You can do this.

And explain to your mother than you simply want to become healthier, have more energy etc and this isn’t an eating disorder…but something you want to do to live longer and healthier. I’m sure if you explain it to her in that way she’ll understand. I’d say visit the doctor in about 2-3 months of doing this to make sure you’re not ill or lacking in important nutrients.

DON’T starve yourself- trust me, the more weight you lose the harder it is to carry on working out and eating v.little. I’ve first hand experience with this, and you’ll end up bingeing on everything in sight. So do it right from the start and your body will thank you.
