Lose 50 Pounds FAQ:
I’ve been doing a pretty good job losing weight, but I want to lose 50 more pounds by the end of summer… Or even 30 would be good. but at the rate I’m losing weight at I don’t think that’ll happen unless I change a few more or my habits and stick to them. Any advice?

there’s no secret formula. u must burn more calories than u take in. eat low calorie foods and exercise
30lbs is more likely. That’s 15lbs a month — ish. Stick to 1000 calories a day (write down everything you eat!!!!) exercise an hour a day 5 times a week.. if you stick to this, it is possible.
just keep doing what your doing, but have more disiplene. instead of doing 50 jumping jacks, do 100. and just say no to anything thats not healthy. you’ll have to workout like CRAZY to lose it that fast, but you can do it if you stay focused.

Well if you are adverse to a coffee and cigarette diet I recommend just staying a bit hungry all the time for about 3 weeks with plenty of fluids. Lay off the white breads and walk about 20 minutes everyday. Stay away from sugar stuff and relinquish the desire to be full. Good luck.
Your age, height and weight please…………. As losing 50 or even 30 is a big deal if you are a teenager as at the time you need to maintain healthy diet to grow and avoid major organ damage by starving or exercising to reduce the weight.
