I think you could maybe not the full 50 pounds but you will deffinetly lose weight if you eat well and exercise you will feel more better about yourself. Eat little meals every now and then instead of big meals all at once that’s what someone told me.
^^^(above) Don’t fall for it, Julianne. It’s probably HERBALIFE. You sound like you are way too sensible for that. I like your diet plan. Sounds like a good plan. Just make sure you are getting all your nutrients and don’t skip on calcium.
I think you may be setting yourself up for failure if you try to do so much this quickly. Exercising for 10 hours a week is exceptionally hard work and on 1000 calories a day I would say practically impossible unless you’re taking some sort of supplement (that will probably be bad for you). You have about 5 months before the summer.
Focus on 1lb to 2 lb pound loss a week which you can probably do excercising 5 hours a week and eating 1400-1500 calories a day (dependant on how many you need to keep yourself at your current weight less 500 a day).
Also make sure you’re doing the right sort of exercise (get a personal trainer once a week if you can). A mix of cardio and weight training is probably best.
This way in 5 months you should be able to lose anything between 25lb to 50lb. My fear would be if you start off too ******** then you will give up quickly and get depressed about it. I would start with gym/exercise 3 times a week, building up to 4/5 when you feel fitter (give yourself at least one rest day) and watch your intake of food.
I would suggest trying cleansing your body. I found cleansing to be the best weight loss program. I have ever tried. I lost 12 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. I feel better since I removed the toxins from my body and shed some unwanted pounds. I did weight watchers, Jenny Craig and Medifast. I found that cleansing was the best since I saw results quickly and that kept me motivated to stick on the program. You can get info toll free at 1-877-587-4647 or online at
