Hi I’m 16 years old and 200pounds well my Coach wants me to lose at least 45-50 Pounds and i have no clue how to go about losing the weight can someone give me some ideas on how to lose weight i have been running and working out here and there i lost about 2 pounds. if you can help thanks!

your best bet to do this the healthy way would be to talk to a nutritionist and possibly a personal trainer.
they can give you professional advice that will help you stay healthy.
Your 16? Hm. Well a personal Trainer would be good. Great in fact. But one diet (if your into those) would be South Beach. Lost 20 lbs in 1 month! =O
Oh, one more thing: If you have a Nintendo DS they have a game called “M Weight Loss coach”.
And sitting still is bad. If you’re watching tv or something I would suggest doing jumpingjacks or sit-ups every commercial.
Keep on running and push yourself hard doing it because that is the only way you will get better at it. You will also want to change your diet a little. Don’t eat foods with high sugar or fat content(soda, candy, fried meat, steak, etc.).
avoid unhealthy foods like junk food, sugary foods, and etc. make sure you eat healthy eat fruit and veggies. when you eat something always check the calories and carbohydrates on the back make sure its not too high. DONT DRINK ANY SODA!!! drink water!!
