I’m 15 5′4 and I weigh 168 pounds. I’m so unhappy with myself, and I really want to lose weight before schol starts (which is August 27th) I’m going to Port Aransas July 26th and I would want to look good then, but I know it’s impossible to lose 50 pounds in a month. I just really need help!

Buy “The Fat Smash Diet” , by Dr. Ian Smith. They used it on Celebrity Fit Club, and it seems to be working for my mom.
Try the Zumba dvds they are really fun plus you lose lots of weight if you stick to it!
50 lbs is a LOT of weight. I honestly doubt that you can loes that much weight by then and still be healthy.
I am also 5′4″. I am 20 and I know that 118 is like the very lowest of the BMI before you would be underweight.
Eat right. Don’t do any crazy diets! You have to eat to lost weight, don’t forget that! Don’t drink too much soda. get enough sleep, exercise, don’t be lazy! maybe start a sport.
I was overweight when I was younger, too… I started doing straight leg raises in my bedroom when I was alone. I also did lots of sit ups and push ups. I really tried to make myself FEEL better instead of just trying to lose weight. I felt better just knowing that everyday I went the extra mile to lose weight. After a while, my legs started to look more toned, I had lost a few pounds, and my arms felt better. then I started to get the courage to go to the gym more and more when I knew there were people there.

You could also download tae-bo and other workout videos on like limewire or whatever you use! there are really great beginner videos!
Try keeping track of what you eat everyday, and start working out. If you burn more calories by excersizing more than you consume, then you’ll lose weight.
Also try eating more fruits and vegetables than carbs and junk food. Losing 50 pounds seems like alot at a time, so try setting little goals, like per week. Good luck!
life weights, run, do crunches, cut out junk food, pop anything faty. eat vegatbles fruits meat(not like fried chicken) dont eat alot of carbs drink alot of water watch ur calories.
you know the basics eat healthy and exercise
take a walk, run, dance, anything moving
eat a balanced diet, fruits veggies, proteins, that sort of thing
sugar everyonce and a while isnt too bad
also drink a good amount of fluids (water is amazing!)
if you are really worried about your weight and being at a school and you havent made your weight goal or whatever then dress for your body type and see what enhances your favorite parts and even if it isnt in style looking good for yourself will always be better than trying a style that looks bad

It will be challenging to lose that amount of weight but if you want to lose it here’s what to do: The most important part when it comes to losing weight is choosing your diet. You can try the atkins diet or whatever diet works for you but it should be low in carbs and sugar, moderate in fat, and high in protein. Secondly you should find a good, fun way to excercise. It could be swimming, running, or whatever you like (my personal favorite is lifting weights). And don’t forget to drink plenty of water while losing weight. Good luck!

First of all, there is no way that you can safely lose 50 pounds in 2.5 months. On most normal diets, people lose somewhere between 1-2 pounds per week. Even if you lost two pounds a week, it would take you nearly six months to lose 50 pounds.
Second, you may not need to lose that much weight in order to look good and be healthy. Talk to your doctor first about how much weight you should lose to be healthy. Depending on your body frame, you may not need to lose that much.

50 pounds is a lot of weight and it is reasonable tho what you do is you eat 3 square meals a day and that is it if you are still hungry then have a healthy snack like an apple or banana and get up up and work out as much as possible if you want to lose weight then don’t run instead walk because running just builds muscle and just adds on
