In case, you need to know: I am a 19 year old female. I weigh 178 pounds. I’m 5 feet, 1 inch. If you could provide me with some tips on how to lose weight effectively, that would be so nice!

Losing weight can be hard , but it is a worthwhile endeavor
I have lost about 40 pounds since the new year. That may not seem like alot to some, but I think it is a healthy amount and I will continue on my plan. The plan I found was recommended by my doctor and I found it at . It was the first program on there and it has been wonderful; a real blessing. Since losing this weight I can wear alot of the old clothes that I never got rid of and I am looking like I did 10 years ago. I also have tons more energy and got rid of my cravings for a lot of those bad foods.

Weight watchers was my savior. I did it all summer and went from 155 to 135 in just the summer. It is not safe to lose a lot of weight all at once but the pace I went at was awesome. It really does work if you stick to it and don’t cheat. I did the online version, never went to one single meeting. I stuck to it 100%, ran 30 minutes on a treadmill every day, and lost 20 pounds in 1 summer. So many people commented on how awesome I looked! The only problem was that, when I went off of it a month or so ago, I went crazy and ate everything in sight and now I am about 5 pounds heavier than I was when I stopped the diet. I’m working on getting those 5 pounds off though, and although I’m off the diet now, I’m always going to have to be careful about what I eat. By the way I am your age.
Take a beer mug full of White gourd juice(Ash gourd or wax gourd) add 2 tablespoon full of Honey and have it in empty sromach in the morning. Practice yoga. That will help.

healthy eating + excersise = weight loss
without 1 the equation is incomplete
I would start your diet with 5-7 very small healthy meals a day. Every time you feel hungry, manipulate your appetite but eating a chunk of watery fruit like watermelon or cantelope, or drink a crystal light to go. Just remember that if you try to lose weight too fast, you will put every pound lost back on. Also, hold off on weighing yourself as long as you possibly can. Honestly, I’ll give you one of my tricks for staying sain while dieting. Everyday when i wake up, instead of weighing myself, i look at my stomach to see what size it is. You’ll be surprised how encouraging it is. Also, if you don’t think it’s too sleezy, get a belly button ring or something to motivate you too lose weight. If you’re a lazy person (not to be mean), then get it done after you get to your goal weight, so you have something to work towards. Excersise for 1/2 hour to an hour everyday prefferably outside with some uplifting music.
I know this seems impossible now, but you can and will do this. Remember, there will be cheat days, but the important thing to do whe you have these little slipups is to moniter what you eat, even if your calories are too big to put on a page. The next day, just resume your diet:)

i found to loose the a bit of weight by just working round the clock for the boss - even though i have an office job, keeping my mind occupied and concentrating on stuff is actually good, because in turn you’ll have better sleep - where you burn off the most fat. While your busy doing things, your also getting exercise, even if its small portions and before you know it, your body starts working with you in sync, the body clocks up, and you may not notice things as you look in the mirror - as you see yourself everyday, but others will notice.
Either way, you’ll end up feeling better and energised and its good.
so my advice is to just keep busy, keep your mind occupied and sleep well.
