well I dont know how big you are so dont know if i can get 50 off in two months, but have a great program i lost 25 in one month and felt better than i have in years, so email me and ill show you the program i used

Go on the 2-4-6-8- diet!

You consume 200 calories one day, 400 another, 600 then 800!

B careful ! tsp. of apple cider viniger in 8 oz glass of water per day . 1tsp-1tbs more or less to what your taste can stand .just one.

Try something called Mega-T green tea….it is pills and food plan and exercise plan all in one. plus drink lots of water. and if you really are down to the deadline try a 7 day liquid diet the only think with the liquid diet make sure u do that your last week because once you eat solid foods again all weight plus some comes back

If you don’t care if it’s unsafe, then chop your legs off, that should put you on the road to your goal. It might work out better than wrecking your metabolism, causing you to gain back MORE than you lost.

Run 5 miles, Swim 50 laps, & bike 25 miles every other day… you’ll lose all the weight.
