I want to lose weight because i get made fun of everyday and i **** it. I want to be proud of myself but exercising just doesn’t seem to work. i have tried for about two years now and nothing works. i have tried to watch what i eat but that doesn’t seem to work either. help me so i can look pretty and cute for the next dance.

What are you eating? You don’t want to cut out your healthy proteins, beans, legumes, tofu, nuts, etc. I would go easy on dairy products and eat extra fiber rich foods - apples, carrots, broccoli. Stay away from the fried stuff too. Read your labels carefully and measure out the correct serving size. Try to stick to 1500-2000 calories a day depending on your activity level. Also, don’t starve yourself - you’ll just binge later. If you fall off the wagon do a little more exercise or eat a little less the next day.

Well first you must remember that you have to be consistent. A lot of diets fail for people because they are not being consistent. I will definitely share my plan with you. I lost 67lbs in 7months! I too, tried different diets and said they failed simply because I wasn’t consistent and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted fast enough.

The first thing I did was bought some Whole Body Cleanse, you can pick this up from Wal-mart for about $18. Simply go by the directions, you do this to clean out your system and it starts a new way of living and eating and you will also lose weight from this as well. I also bought some Herbalife shake mix which is very high in protein. I replaced 2 meals with the shake and I also took Organic Apple Cider Capsules with the shakes as well as my meal. The apple cider vinegar is high in vitamins, it burns fat and it regulates your blood pressure and much more.

You want to at least exercise by walking maybe 3 or 4 times a week for 2 to 3 miles because you want to keep your metabolism boosted as you gradually start replacing the shakes with normal healthy meals, but stick to the shakes for at least up to 30lbs. You will definitely start seeing some results in 2 weeks! Remember BE CONSISTENT AND MOTIVATED AND DON”T GIVE UP! Good Luck to you!
