I am probably 160 pounds.I haven’t been weighed in a year or so.
I would prefer to be just 115 pounds.For most of my life i was a healthy & attractive 120-130 pounds, but then i started eating out of control and i wasn’t in school or working so that’s how i gained all of my weight.How can i lose that weight in 5-7 months or so?

count calories……..1400 per day………..every day…….

By burning more calories than you eat each day. To do this you need to eat only as much as you can hold in one hand. Eat 6 of those small meals a day. Eat only whole grains, lean meats, veggies, fruits, low fat dairy. Do 30-60 minutes of low intensity cardio keeping your heart rate around 130-150. GL

Lose 2 pounds a week.
6 months = 26 weeks.

2 x 26 weeks = 52 pounds.

Follow a diet and exercise regiment that will allow you to do this in a manner easiest for you and that will not to injure your health.

First, you should check your weight. Then set your goals– Start at small ones for example losing 5lbs in 2 weeks.
If you want to lose weight, You should not really think of looking better but you should be doing it to be healthier. You should sacrifice more time in exercising. Don’t expect to lose weight after a day at the gym. Work-out heartily and choose something that will keep you motivated while having fun at the same time.
