Im trying to lose weight and i need to lose about 40-50 in less the a mouth can some one tell me what to do and help me with it thanks so much!

That cannot be done. Even with surgery.

I don’t think your mouth weighs 40-50 lbs. unless you have a 40 lb tumor hanging from it.

whoa, that’s a lot to ask for. unless you cut off both your legs, i don’t think its possible. just stick to the classics, eat normally as in the right portions of food, excersie each day at a right time, etc.

Um, do you mean month? Your mouth is what you talk out of. Do you really have that much weight in your face?

If you do mean month, 40-50 pounds in a month is completely impossible. It doesn’t matter if you get surgery or an eating disorder, Its COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!

eat like your anorexic.
eat like 400 cal per day then burn off like 600 cal per day.
work out till you feel like your ganna pass out… then walk.

you may not be able to loose 40 but how ever much you loose doing this is the most you will be able to loose

I lost 80lbs with Weight Watchers Points system, and a program called, Power 90, P90x, now P90x+. With the Weight Watchers, you can eat whatever you want, you have a set limit number of points you can eat during the day, and incorporate some kind of activity to lose weight, and drink more Water, protein water, flavored water, diet green tea….etc. Here are some websites to help you, if you need more info or help, feel free to email me. drink nothign but water for 30 days. they say it can be done.. hell you might even set a world record. go for it

Be happy with yourself.

It may be possible but then, are you then saying you are willing to risk your health for people to call you “pretty”?

Even then if you managed to lose weight, trust me dear, that some people will see you as “ugly” and “fat” or “too thin”.
Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jessica Simpson may have a lot of fans and people calling them curvy and beautiful. Then, there are still people who disagree and call them a little bit “fat”!

So dear, be happy with yourself and be happy with your body. If you feel you are overweight, then go see a physician and check if you are truly overweight! If the doctor says you are fine, you are!

To lose weight and be healthy, the only way is long-term exercise with the right diet!

You don’t want to end up with anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa!

If you are not 40 to 50 pounds overweight, there is no reason to do this. If you are 40 to 50 pounds overweight or more, you have a major life problem, and you shouldn’t be thinking about one month, you want to be an appropriate weight for the rest of your life.

So you have a problem. If it’s that you want to lose 40 to 50 pounds and don’t need to, you need to work on your self-esteem and your body image. If it’s that you’re 40 or more pounds overweight and think whatever’s happening in a month is more important than the whole rest of your life, you need to work on your attitude towards your life.

Sorry, but there it is.

Work on a long-term plan for being healthy, getting to an appropriate weight, and staying there, whether that means losing a lot of weight or not.

Whatever is so important in a month, there will be another important thing is three months, and another in two years, and another in eight years. What’s important is the quality of the rest of your life and your long-term health.

Best of luck. I know it’s not easy. But you’re looking at the problem all wrong.

i think you mean month.

this is not the answer you want to hear but anyway

sorry to say it is impossible without starving you or excessive exercise.

just cut out junk food and do some cardio and aerobics its that simple

i lost 10 kilos(20 pounds) in a month just by cutting out soda, junk food etc. and i exercised an hour a day.

honestly just do that it is really simple when you get into routine the first week is the hard one.
