I am a 5′3 female and I weigh 167..I’m considered obeise and I’ve tried it the healthy way but I’m so done with that! Don’t even tell me not to starve, I’m doing it no matter what you people have to say! I just really want to know about how long it will take me to get down to about 117??? (50lbs)

starving is bad…….it’ll only make you unhealthy,……..
i went for 3-4 months. This january to april. 225 to 180.
maybe 4-5 months. The best part is, you don’t gain anything back. I havn’t been over 184 since I stopped. Now I eat what I want.

might be a long time, as a result of starving yourself your body will go into calorie deprivation mode in which it will not use calories, reducing calories is a better way to go. I lost about 40 pounds in 4 months by running every day and reducing my caloric intake, the problem with starving yourself is that after a short time your body will stop using calories that it does not have to . But depending on how much you eat and exercise that each pound of fat has about 3500 calories. So it will depend, starving yourself can lead to many problems and is not advisable. But as for time the biggest factor is how many calories you are burning.
I went on a starvation diet went from 190 to 117 in 3 months, but later it all came back. The best way is to snack throughout the day,healthy things that you like, and you will notice your metabolizm will increase the weight will melt off. But you have to drink water often. It could possibly take 2-3 months, but if you stick to it you will be very happy.
Try not drinking milk or dairy do a minearl wrap and dont starve urself u gain more weight trust me try eating4 to 6 small meals a day eat sunflower seeds raw and raw nuts and drink carrot juice and no breads or butter or meat
well, let’s see. it really depends on what you mean by ’starve’. if you mean eat nothing at all, you’ll find it impossible to lose 50lbs. you’ll be nauseated, dizzy, unable to focus, tired, irritable, bloated, have dry skin, bad hair, weak nails, poor concentration, insomnia, etc. if you mean a starvation diet (below 900-1000 calories) it really depends on how you restrict and how much you restrict. it may take you longer because your body can adjust to a lower calorie intake. i would say it will take you between 3 and 5 or 6 months. most people can’t restrict for a long time without really negative effects - even the eating disordered typically cycle through restriction and bingeing and they are more determined and ill than the average dieter thinking it’ll be a quick solution! also, be prepared for MASSIVE cravings which may actually cause you to gain more weight. you think you’ll be prepared but trust me, you’ll feel entirely out of control when they hit. save yourself a lot of yoyo dieting and go on a healthy, but aggressive weightloss plan.
i have to tell u that even though starving works it is very unhealthy.
also i learned that if u dont eat, youll get fatter becuz the body has no more nutritions so they will start eating your muscles and stuff like that i think.
i think there is this program that is called nutrisystem medifast or something i forgot. ppl tell me it works.
also go to the gym or hte doctors they will know what to do. also cut down on sugar and stuff like that.
