It will get harder - the slimmer you get the harder it gets to remove the weight as there isn’t so much fat available to drop off but you’re already halfway so i’d say by the autumn you’ll be there.
it should take about 3-5 months. the closer you get to your goal, the slower the weight loss is going to go, unless you go on a strickt diet, and excersice daily.it will be slower because you have less fat to burn.hope that helps and good luck!
First of all, congrats! You are doing really good.
Just keep at it. Increase your water intake, exercise (even just walking - the weather is getting nicer), and eat healthy. Eventually you will start to plateau and the weight will come off slower. Change your exercise routine - weights, walking, running — this could help to have variations.
Eat several small meals a day - fruits & vegetables.
Good luck to you, stick with it. It will take some time, but it will be worth the hard work.
But to say how long it will take, it really can’t be predicted. I would say within a year. (6-12 months).
It probably won’t get any harder mentally if you’re not missing the junk food. If so, hang in there ‘cos the results are more than worth it! You’ll probably keep losing the same amount of weight but if you’re impatient it’ll seem like a lot less. Patience is the key, 50lb is a lot of weight to lose and will take time!
I reckon if you do a bit more exercise you might find it goes quicker. Just start with what you’re capable of, even if it’s just around the block you’re still doing your body a whole lot of good. Build it up as you gain more fitness and you’ll see an improvement in virtually all aspects of your health as well as weightloss.
And congrats on the 21 pounds, you’ve done well and should be proud of yourself!!
