How long will it take me to lose 50 pounds if I eat no more than 1000 calories a day, and excersise a minimum of 1 hour every day on an exercise bike?

time doesn’t really matter. if you lose it too fast, that’s bad…like you’ll gain it quickly again bad…so take your time
20-25 weeks,and you should never ever eat less than 1300 calories its not healthy especially if ur exercising

Don’t limit your calories to under 1200 a day - otherwise your metabolism will slow down which will make it nearly impossible to lose weight.
Cut out all refined carbohydrates and sugar.
Cut out all carbonated soft drinks.
Increase fresh fruits and veggies and have them represent 50% of your total food intake.
Only eat lean meats, chicken and fish.
Complex carbohydrates only.
Cook foods in Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil.
Drink at least 32 oz. of water a day.
Workout 1 hour a day.

gotta do lots of cardiio, just tone uur muscles a bit and eat about 1600 caloriies a day. ii would sayy 3 - 4 months.

if you are dedicated probably like half a year…maybe even less.
One yearis the healthy way. 1000 calories is not enough to eat you will lower your metabolism. Fad diets just make you gain it all back. It is a lfestyle change. Eat healthy and exercisce.
