I eat only fruit and veggies, do not drink anything but water, and exercise every day for a minimum of 1 hour. (on an exercise bike)

dont do it! that is really unhealthy! you need fruits, veggies and water but you need to eat real meals with protein and dairy.

you go girl! you’ll lose it in no time,
i lose 12 lbs a week when i want to, and all i do is not eat except a tiny breakfast and then whatever fruits and veggies i want or not at all sometimes, mix it up a little but just don’t eat barely anything!

i go from 120-112 from doing this a week!

also google the ‘ cabbage soup diet ‘ , i am trying it right now and it’s supposed to help with drastic weight loss,
the recipe and instructions are online

You’ll lose weight really fast but you’ll also become very ill. You still need to get other vitamins in your system other then the ones just provided by fruits/veggies. Check out the website, Sparkpeople.com. I lost 10 lbs. within 1 month of being on the diet. And I didn’t even exercise all that much. So, I bet if you followed the diet and exercises a lot, you’d lose 50 lbs within 5-6 months. GL! :)

I dont know how long it will take but good on you! There’s a few people saying what you’re doing is unhealthy but i reckon it sounds great, you’re eating well and not killing yourself with the exercise. Keep it up!

I have to tell you this is not a really good way for you to lose weight, because you only eat fruits and vegetables, and they actually don’t give you other nutrition like eating meat and fish. In this way of losing weight, well it is fast, but unhealthy, and makes you get ill very easily.

Exercise is good, but you also need to eat other foods as well. And well honestly, this takes really lots of time and effort, just like men want to bulk up their muscles. The key is nutrition and exercises.

Whoah! That’s a really unhealthy way to lose weight! You shouldn’t be eating all those fruits and vegetables with their (*air quotes*) “Vit-uh-mins” and “Min-err-uhls”.
A healthy way to cut down on appetite is to start up smoking. Ask any (tobacco company) doctor. It’s just common sense.

And you want to EXERCISE to lose weight? And have to do WORK? Wouldn’t you rather take those pills on TV with their PATENTED FORMULAS??

not so good. you need to eat more. you need at least 1200 calories a day , i used to alternate between 1200-1600. i say it will take you 4-5 months.
