Well I’m no physical fitness expert …but if you do what you say along with moderated eating you could lose 50 in 7 months
It took my 1 and a half years to lose 20pounds. But I worked out twice a week for two hours straight and I walked and rode my bike on the weekend but I never really dieted just exercised.
