I need to lose around 50 pounds. I’m female, I’m 200 right now, I’m 5′7. I’ve been doing 50 minutes of cardio at least 6 days a week and 30 minutes of abs/arms/legs strength training every other day.
I haven’t done much to change my diet except portion control.
Without an intense diet, how long would it take me to lose 50 pounds?

If you add a good diet to your excercise then I bet you can lose 50 pounds in 2 months
Probably not very long. When you are heavy the weight comes off pretty fast. Good for you and keep up the good work.
Take a pic of yourself now so that as you go you can compare and then you will really see the changes more! It is motivating.
What if you could learn a simple all natural diet plan? I think if you are really dedicated you could probably lose it 5-6 months to be conservative. You seem to have a good cardio work out. Check this out for your nutrition:
