I need to lose around 50 pounds. I’m female, I’m 200 right now, I’m 5′7. I’ve been doing 50 minutes of cardio at least 6 days a week and 30 minutes of abs/arms/legs strength training every other day.
I haven’t done much to change my diet except portion control.
Without an intense diet, how long would it take me to lose 50 pounds?

Don’t try to lose it any faster than 5-6 monthes… If you do it safely it should take about that long and stay off. Also if you lose it too fast you’ll have that icky hanging skin, so don’t be in too much of a rush.
Losing 50 pounds while remaining healthy should take you between 20 and 30 weeks… about 6 months, give or take… and should be done with proper medical and/or nutritional advice.
How long it will take u? That is hard to say because everyone’s body is different. I think its safe to lose about 10lbs a month. So maybe you can do it in like 5-10 months. you really need to change all your lifestyle habits if u want fast results.
