I am a male in early 20’s 5′9 and i weigh 200 pounds. I use to be 145 lbs and sometimes i would stay between 150 to 160 lbs.I use to be anorexic and belimic and so i could lose around 5 to 10 pounds in a day. How long will it take to naturally lose this weight with diet and exercise?

You can safely lose about 1-2 pounds per week if you expend at least 500 calories more each day than you eat. So you could lose 50 pounds in 25-30 weeks.
You can loose weight by following a simple check-list:
-Eat 500 least calories per day
-Do 30 minutes more exercise
-Eat at least 50g of protein per day
-Don’t eat high fat snack [Try-Fruit,yoghurt,nuts, raisins]
You loose 1 pound per 3500 calories deficency.
so you could probably loose 1 and a 1/2 pounds per week or 5 pounds per month.
