p90x.. it works like a charm, its a 90 day program, but 60 will do you fine!

you cannot lose that much weight in 2 months
try and make ourself an achievable realistic goal that will work and motivate you and remain off rather than lose huge weight that rebounds back on when you get depressed as its not falling off.. try 1-2 kg a month thats about 2-4 pounds a month.. any more than that isnt achievable long term..

Diet and exercise!
Eat healthy. Don’t think carbs and fats are bad, just eat the right kinds (whole grains, fruits).
Get enough protein!!! Before and afterworkout you should drink a protein shake or another abundant source of protein.

Your asking to get rid of alot of weight in a short ammount of time, so your going to have to do alot of cardio, running, biking, swimming.
I would suggest working out 2 hours a day, in the morning perferably, and your still not guarenteed to make the goal.

Diet and exercise…gotta do both…

cabbage soup diet! .

it always works
i lost 45 lbs and in 2 months by following the cabbage soup diet every other week and cutting sodas out of my diet.

DON’T FORGET TO EXERCISE AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!
