Plain and simple way to lose weight - burn more calories than you take in. Keep a log of EVERYTHING you eat and how many calories/fat/protein is in it. Cut out sweets, fatty, fried foods and eat more veggies/fruits and lean meats and fish.
Then get out there and sweat your **** off for at least 30 minutes EVERYDAY, like it or not exercise is the only way to lose weight and keep it off
