uhhhh…lets see…starve yourself?? it might be the only way. and im going to tell you anyway that you are stupid for asking this because there is no healthy way to lose 50 lbs in 8 weeks.
too bad, that is unbelievable unhealthy!!! and you should care because you really could harm yourself or even die from that. just eat small portions of healthy food and exercise about an hour a day.

Well if you dont care if its not healthy, then the obvious thing to do would be to cut out food in general! But thats a TERRIBLE idea…
50 pounds is stretching it!
Drink 4 glasses of water in the morning, cut fats and add more vegetables.

i actually just started the hawaiian 48 hour diet today + two of my friends did it also. one lost ten pounds in 2 days + the other one lost 7 in 2 days. its a drink u can get at like walgreens cvs eckerd any of those, but u cant eat for 2 days + all u can drink is the hawaiian stuff + plenty of water will keep u from getting hungry. this cant possibly be good 4 you but apparently i dont care either haha good luck
Well Hello I’m 16 years old & I actually recently lost about 40 pounds in like 2 months really easy and quickly while i was on my school vacation. I only wasted a few bucks as well. First you should of course buy a “Colon Cleansing” in Trader Joes. This detoxifies your body and it will be much easier to loose weight. It gives you bowel movements (you use the restroom A LOT) but it’s worth it. The cost of that is about 10 dollars but it has a whole month supply and you loose weight quickly. You can also buy any laxative tea like “Dieters Choice Slim Tea” (found in 99 cent stores…but REALLY works) Drink plenty of green teas, slim teas to higher your metabolism as well.
Then you should start eating a healthy diet but never starve yourself or skip meals because if you don’t get the right amount of calories per day (1200-2000 calories) your metabolism decreases and it will be hard to burn calories. First start changing eating habits like instead of ships, have corn flakes in a bag or any cereal with a lot of fiber. I know vegatables and fruits are not always fun to eat but be creative with them. Cook different types of vegatables and add natural seasonings like spicy foods with low calories for flavor. If you crave something sweet. Eat grapes, apples, melons (Water Melons and other melons are very good to loose weight because it is mostly water)eat oranges, and many citrus fruits. Eliminate Sodas, ships, cookies, chocolate, and fatty foods with many carbs. No Diet should only have”Healthy” choices so once a week you can eat any cravings that you wish for but a reasonable amount . [don't over do it]
Next, to loose weight you have to do some sord of exercise but what i did that really made me get beyonce curves & a nice waist was this. I went to a “99 cent” store and i bought about 3 waist trimmers that are basicly something made out of rubber that is a wide thick belt that goes around your waist. I use that every time i do exercise & that makes you sweat twice as much and also makes you get nice waist. I also put a rain coat on with nothing under but the waist trimmer and i do any thing that makes me sweat. Dancing…jogging…sit ups…are easy things to do and it makes you sweat a lot.The more you sweat, the more calories you burn and the more weight you loose. If you are lazy and you want to sweat easy and quick…..even…..umm….masturbating….. will do. >_> As long as you sweat it’s good.
Well i did this for 2 months…Teas and Colon Cleansings….Healthy diets…..easy exercises with the Waist trimmer and rain coat….& it worked for me. ^_^ Hopefully you follow this and i know first it willl be hard to start but if have any questions just message me and i would be grateful to answer them.

You can buy a leech. They assimilate part of your nutrition. And they can be lovely pets.
You can do it, but you have to eat around 1600 calories a day, no less or your body will make you gain weight. It is not going to be the healthiest, but if you workout 7 days a week, and burn 3125 calories during your workout, you will lose the weight. There is 3500 calories to a lbs, and your not suppose to lose more than 1-3 lbs a week. on this you are losing 6.25. It is not terribly dangerous, but be carefull. Burning that much is hard to do, i would sudjest running in a treadmill that tells you the calorie count.
Ok so you wanted honesty. Good or bad….I heard the lemonade diet or the Master Cleanse but it taste gross. I heard that some people have lost 20 pounds in 10 days. There is actually a book out. I bought it, a juicer and all the supplies, and took one sip, and thought that this was too gross and wasn’t worth it. I couldn’t do it. So that or……..spend$15,000 on plastic surgery. Your better off with watching your calories, and working out morning and night, lol. There is never an fast way out. You have to make living healthy a long term life style hun!
pretty inpossible - you will kinda have to work out for ages and eat MEGGA healthy and have like nothing 2 eat.
Say you need to loose 20 pounds in 8 weeks - thats more reasanable
