im desprite need of help but i cant go to the gym cause i dont have time. can u please help me with dieting or excersing tips that can help me lose 30 to 50 pounds by may
i know i need to excersise. what i am asking is what excersises i can do at home. particulary my stomach and do any people have excersise schedules that they follow that helped

Eat 1 standard meal a day replace the others with low fat/fat free yougurt.

you can go to weight watchers they have a good diet that you could loss that much but you would have to do walking or other exercise at home. you don’t need a gym to exercise. if you do lose that much weight you will have flab if you don’t exercise

I did it and in about five months. Low glycemic index diet - no white bread, no cake, no twinkies, no baked potatos, no french fries etc etc. And limited calories to about 1800 per day. This reduced my sugar highs which would make me hungrier. I lost 40 pounds in five months and have been stable the last three months with no gain.

search for the 10 pound a week diet on the internet.
In the diet you eat what it tells you to for 3 days and then eat normally but not too much for the next 4 and then start again. I havent tried it personally but my friend lost 20 pounds. If you cant find the diet contact me and let me know and i will email you my copy. x

You only need 20-30 minutes of exercise a day. You can fit that in, its just a matter of priorities. Walking is excellent. You can do push ups which are great for your chest, shoulders, back, and arms. You can do crunches for the abs. Pilates is good too, and you don’t even get all sweaty. Cut back on those bad carbs (anything that isn’t whole grain is considered bad) too and you can do it. Consistancy is the key.

Try this:

-Cut out all soda and alcohol from your diet.
-Try to exercise as much as possible (I know you said you didn’t have time to go to the gym, but do you have time to take the stairs instead of the elevator? To park on the edge of the parking lot and walk? To go on a brisk 20 minute walk every day? Every little bit helps.)

Instead of snacking on junk food, snack on nuts and seeds, vegetables, and fruit.
Limit your intake of carbs.
Cook healthier foods.
Eat breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day.

While watching the news or a movie, jog in place or do step exercises onto a sturdy box.

Seriously, the main ones are exercising a bit each day and cutting out the unnecessary foods. Good luck!!!!

start fasting and when you break the fast eat low suger meals and evey sunday eat something fatty and carry on eating healthy make sure you do exercise after fasting everyday if you do this i gaurantee youll lose so much fat youll become as skinny as a rope. Remember two small meals everyday will get you skinny

lets see that gives u five whole months to lose fifty lbs there is no diet or exercising around your home or spa that can do that however i got in shape off of bloodpressure med and all oh well im not going to say the right way because ull think im advertising im not email me to chat i went on a vacation more

crunches - do 50 a day…3 seconds up…1 second holding…3 seconds down….
bicycle crunches…50 a day per side…once again..total 7 seconds per crunch
jump rope - 15-30 minutes a day
lunges 50 per side a day…don’t do them fast…do them slow
push ups - 50 a day…do them slow
diet..cut out all junk food and soda..drink 8 glasses of water 3 8 oz glasses of milk
pick up a cardio DVD do that 3-4 times a week
walk for 45 minutes when you have time
drink green tea/ take green tea pills…
eat spicy things

Eat a bigger breakfast,
a medium sized lunch.
And a smaller dinner.

Try to cut out on red meat and high sugary foods. Try walking in place when you’re just standing around. And cut 30 minutes out everyday to just walk/jog/bike/whatever. It’ll work.
