Ok Here’s the deal. I’m trying to get into the air force, but for my weight I have to weigh around 200 pounds. I currently weigh 245. I’m 21 years old. I know running and eating healthy is the way to go, but does anybody have any specific exercise and diet plans that could help out. Thanks.

take less carbohydrates and more fruits and vegetables. go for daily jog or gym session. hope this helps u make it to the air force. smiles.

The best answer for your question is to just cut down in what your eating. You have to eat at least four times a day if you want to lose weight. Choose your meals wisely and stop the fast food resturants. If you eat calrose rice change ur rice to jasmine because jasmine rice doesn’t have starch in it. If you were to skip a meal and starve yourself you would gain more weight because your body feeds on your fats. Did you ever try taking a pill to lose weight? I guarntee you that you will lose 50 lbs in less than two months. How? Pearl white. It’s a pill that decomposes your fats very fast. But, in order for you to take this pill you would have to eat and drink alot of food and liquid. I don’t know if they sell this product where your at but if you want to know the product is from the philipines.
