how can i lose 50 pounds in 2 months, im 12, Im 5’1”, and i weigh 162, i want to be 112 by the end of august, how can i do this?

stay away from junk food.
exercise and eat healthy.
instead of cereal in the morning, eat a banana or yogurt.
instead of mcdonalds or pizza for lunch, eat a saldd with lowcal. dressing.
and for supper have some grilled chicken.
yum.
and i know what your going thru.
im 14 and 155 .
its terrible.

Well, you need to get in the gym or run/ walk outside. Your body will not start to burn fat until AFTER 20 minutes of exercising. So, for the first week run/walk for at least 30 minutes a day, 6 days out of the week. Gradually build up distance and speed, this will burn calories more rapidly as you progress. Secondly, you should eat 5 SMALL meals a day. Eating LESS MORE often, will increase your metabolism and burn calories. And lastly, you need light weight/ high repetition work outs along with your runs/walks. Keep at it, once you see a change in your body’s appearance, your motivation will rocket. GOOD LUCK
