do alot of excerise everyday, anything that keeps your heart beat fast and physical activity, listen to your ipod and walk around the neighborhood, run or jog, the more intesnce the better off you will be, sitting in a sauna, drinking chocolate slim fast, eating good foods, not fatty! salad, seafood, baked chicken, vegtables, whole grain cereal and eat small portions.
atkins it dangerous but manage it the most garnatted way..i lost 30 lbs off of it and had lots of will power and i did it under a month
I would recommend that you start jogging 3-5 times a week. Either jog, run or bike -something that is high intensity aerobic. Aim for about 1 hr. per session.
I would also tell you to not eat any more fast food or go to any restaurants until your trip. NO junk food at all. Totally eliminate all soda pop, energy drinks and all that crap. Drink at least 8-10+ glasses of water daily. Eat lot’s of fruits, veggies and lean meats. Increase your fiber intake.
Its unhealthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week. However you need to focus on about 70% diet and 30% exercise. You will not lose weight eating junk food. Break down your meals to 4 or 5 a day. HIIT High Intensity Interval Training is a good way to lose fat. Also you shouldn’t go off a scale and feel discouraged if you don’t lost an x amount of pounds a week. Stay hydrated.
It is possible but tricky as most people will start losing weight rapidly then plateau or slow down.
It requires changes in your exercise routine and diet at least every two weeks. I hope you understand my advice.
(1) First two weeks Low carb high protein topped with cardio exercises only. If you can find a kickboxing class or CD that would be great as you would burn about 650 calories per hour.
(2) The weekend after the first two weeks you take a break from the diet but up the tempo on the cardio. You eat whatever you want to. The reason being that your body will go into starvation mode and start reserving whatever you do eat. The trick is to ‘trick’ your system into believing you are back to normal.
(3) Week 2 - 6 stronger cardio (High impact), six tiny meals each day, this will naturally speed your metabolic rate up.
(4) Week 6 - 8 go to the gym (light weights high reps), back to the low carb program.
(5) Week 8 - 12, high impact cardio and six small meals
(6) Week 12 - 14, Cardio and light weight, low carb
(7) Week 14 - 16, six small meals high impact and weights
Train 3 days on, one day off and two days on (Mon, tue, wed train, Thur rest, Fri and sat train, and so on)Take a break off the diet every two or three weekends to rearrange your system.
