Ok so i’m going to Disney World with my Friend Brittany,
and i really want lose 50- 80 pounds by June, i’ve
already started drinking 6 liters of water a day and walking for a few minuites, i’m also eating healthier, but i still haven’t lost any weight and i’m running out of time!!

work out more. If you burn more calories that you eat, you will loose weight. I always loose weight when I take a cycling class. I burn about 600-800 calories in an hour! So watching what i eat and biking always works for me.
you walk for a few minutes that is not going to do it. you need to start running a mile each day or so and also need to watch what you eat for sure 50 lbs you need to probably run a mile then next week make it 2 miles and so on.
There is no magic in losing weight it is all about eating healthy portions and being active! You are doing a lot of the right things but you certainly didn’t gain 50 lbs in a day or a week so you can’t expect to lose it that fast either!!! Dont eat processed foods, drink water, exercise, exercise, and drink more water! It will come off!
You’re off to a good start. 50 pounds is a high goal, so set it a little lower first so you feel like you’re accomplishing something, then make it higher as you go.
Also, watch you calorie intake. Sometimes you still won’t lose weight even if you eat healthy if you eat too much.
Work some more exercise in as well. Walking a few minutes everyday won’t do much. Working out doesn’t have to be boring! You can join a sports team, run around your neighborhood, or even in front of the TV (personally i think that makes time pass a lot quicker) Recently i just got into Bikram yoga, a type of hot yoga and it’s been great! I recommend you looking up bikram studio in your area! ^_^

Listen my dad just started to lose weight in November so far he has lost 40 pounds and i am so proud he runs for thirty minutes almost every day and drinks a ton of water, low fat foods and things with no sugar. I don’t know if you can find it but check out Tony Robbins and Google him he is very smart about health and try to see if you can buy Green Drink it is Delicious!
weight watchers…i lost 70 lbs in 7 months right before my wedding. it really is the best diet i have ever tried , and i have tried several. weight watchers teaches you how to eat, and it just sticks with you…in my first month i lost 25 lbs…it really works great
