power 90! regular exercise and controlled healthy diet. beachbody has it all going in a healthy way that you can use forever.. i’m restarting my program….

Alright, you’re ready to lose, good for you! You have to cut your calorie intake and get to burning more calories. For total body fitness, i like the healthriders……and if you do it consistently, you’ll look FAB…..this is the method i used, and i got some FABULOUS abs from it too…..start off slow on the health rider…..work out for 5 minutes, then next day 10, etc., i would also work out with hand weights and walk a mile or so a day….you can do it!!!!

This may not be the healthiest way to lose weight but if I was that desperate I would go on a liquid diet.

It’s unpopular now, but Atkins will do it. You have to do it in phases though. Like month three, get off but be reasonable.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

I’m trying to do the same thing for my trip to Hawaii - I’m trying to drop about 15.

I’ve been walking at a tall incline on my treadmill for 30-60 minutes everyday (except Sundays) and I’ve already noticed a big difference. And I’ve only been doing it for 2 weeks. Cardio is the fastest way to lose weight. Also, eat a lot of fiber. Brown rice has a ton of fiber in it - as do fruits and veggies, so load up on those kinds of foods.
To add definition to your body, add lean protein to you diet - like fish, chicken, and hormone free lean beef. Or by protein powder and make a fruit smoothie every day and add the powder. I do that a few days a week. Lift 5 lb weights every day and do push ups. If you have a staircase, use it to do your push-ups. Its easier that way.
