Lose 50 Pounds FAQ:
I’m sixteen, 5′3, and I weigh 185 pounds. Very overweight.
I want to lose 50 pounds, and drop a few pant sizes by the time I’ll be clothes shopping for next school year.
How can I achieve this without diet pills?
Is there any way I can keep caffeine in my diet?
I love coffee and coca cola. I usually have a few cups of coffee on the weekend, and a soda a day. Other than that, I drink water.

u should exercise.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
you could try the cabbage soup diet for 7 seven days that will help
Well first off you have to eat less and exercise more!
NO MORE SWEETS OR ANYTHING PACKAED SHOULD BE ALLOWED IT’S BAD FOR YOU!
Try to sleep more and longer ( the more you sleep the better and the more calories you burn)
Naps are good too , have you ever noticed that you don’t feel hungry after you just woke up from a nap?
Also try to do 600 situps a day by dividing the numbers , and jump rope in the morning and before you go to bed!
Also drink more WATER! ( I repeat WATER) the more you drink the better . 8 glasses a day are suggested.
Eat less by choosing smaller plates to eat on .
Walk after dinner ( gets you movin and burns calories )
do sit ups while watching Tv or during a commercial.
Take the stairs theres no such thing as elevators any more!

Diet and exercise.
Count your calories. Find out how many you are eating now, and work out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
You can find out from sites like caloriesperhour.com and others but I don’t have the energy to google it right now. Just google “BMR Calculator”
I think if you ate 1600 calories of healthy food, and exercised about twice a week you can do it. 50lbs in 9 months is 5.5lbs per month. That’s just over 1lb a week.
Good luck! You can do it.
excercise 30 min a day…6 days a week
nothing extreme
if you JUST want to lose weight then jog 30 min
take a day off every week so your body can heal…
andddd….
calories in must be less than calories coming out.. that means eat less calories that you will be burning off
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
Ok - cut out the soda! Big time!
Plus - work out like 3 times a week. Just tell yourself you’re gonna do it, and keep at it. Don’t do it to lose weight, do it because it will make you feel better about everything - the weight loss will take time.
I was where you are last year, and my trainer recommended a diet pill called 8 hour energy. but if you’re totally not down for a diet pill - don’t do it! If you do, ask a trainer for a recommendation. After I started on mine, I literally lost 15 pounds in a month and a half, and I feel totally different! Energetic/happy/easygoing AND I’m losing weight.
Whatever you decide - stick to it, accept it as a lifestyle change - don’t just do it for a month and quit… trust me.
