running, jump roping, and dance is a REALLY good way. hit the gym, keep healthy diet, throw away the chips, ull b alright.

wow um. i **** to say this. i’m sorry. but it’s really not possible, if you want to do it healthily.(?) i guess if you work out a lot and eat very little, you could loose a good deal of it. do u have to loose it by the time school starts? I mean you could definitley loose some, but i don’t think you could loose 50 pounds. it’s not healthy. i don’t mean to pry, but are you very overweight. if not, I wouldn’t recommend even trying to loose that much in general…
okay here’s the deal. enough of my babbling, i came here to give you an answer so here it is: first off you need to eat properly. i no very original advice right ;). well try to eat lots of greens, and whole grain foods. carbs are important because they give you long term energy. try to stay away from refined sugars because they will just give you short quick energy bursts, which aren’t good for you at all.
next, and most importantly, water! drink lots and lots and lots of it. most doctors recommend 8-10 glasses of water a day! it helps to fill you up, and i feel that it just overall purifys your body. this is definitley a must in weight loss.
next, try a good exercise regemine, here’s what would be very productive and good, and which i strongly recommend:
well first of all, try some cardio. you can swim, run, jog, walk or anything along those lines. these exercises help with calorie burning, which basically eliminates weight everywhere. spend about half of the time you exercise on this. aim for about 45-60 minutes 4-5 days a week on this (your body needs time to recover)
the other half should be spent on strength training and other exercises. (3-4 times a week but don’t do two days in a row as your muscles need time to recover) (as for time wise, as long as it takes you to finish the exercises)
try this one. get another person to help you, and lie down on your back. have the other person stand behind you, and hold onto their ankles. pull your legs up so they’re facing upwards. have the other person push your legs down and you try to keep them from hitting the floor. try to do 20 at a time, no more or you will definitley be sore later on. this may seem easy, but it is harder than it looks. this exercise tones both your tummy, and legs.
next, sit ups. the common probem with these is that when you go up, a lot of people put the strain on their necks. this is why sit ups get so little results. when doing them, try to feel the stretch with your abdominal muscles. this will ensure you’re doing the exercise properly. try to do at least 3 sets of 20 for the best results. this exercise will tone your tummy and back.
i would not recommend lifting heavy weights for doing exercises. it’s so much, and takes a huge toll on your body. try to do them seperatley, and only 3 days a week at most. that way you have time for your body to recover. the last exercise i will recommend to you is the plank. this one is difficult and it helps tone pretty much everything. lie wih your belly down on the flloor. put your elbows up so that they are in line with your shoulders. then lift your whole body up and support your entire weight on your elbows. do 3 of these for at least 15 seconds each.
most of all the most important thing in all of this is determination. are you willing to stick with this? if you are then i see no reason why you can’t eventually loose all this weight. i’m not going to be unrealistic and say that i think you can loose all this weight by (August or September?). but if your determined, i see no reason why you can’t loose it soon!

Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it.
Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed and soup it make u full and has less calories just avoid the cream and make the soup in this way mix veggies and water sort of a thick soup its very filling and sometimes tasty. You should look at how you are eating these days. Eating healthy food lets you have a healthy body. You should stop using food that has fat and contains sweets in it. well you dont want to loose it too fast but you can change your eating habbits to totaly healthy and drink losts of water and exersize alot!!

well if you want to lose it fast it wont be healthy for you. but i would suggest this. i did this and in one week i lost ten pounds but it just depends on the person.
eat an orange when you get up.. dont eat anything the rest of the day just drink water and for dinner eat whatever you want. dont eat a whole pizza or anything but just fill yourself. and when you are done dieting. or using this your stomache(i cant spell) will have shrunk so you wont eat as much anymore. and you will keep it off most likely.

Tell me your blood type.
I’m sure you think thats strange, but I’m type B, and that means I’m allergic to chicken, wheat, peanuts and Tomatoes.

I have a list from a doctor with every blood type on it telling them what to avoid and what to eat to help them maintain a healthy weight.

My mom lost 30 lbs the safe way doing this, so let me know and I’ll send you a list of avoids.

Cut out eating bread and anything with sugar…Meats and fish is cool to eat, if they are baked not fryed….Go for a run or a jog for over 30 mins aday…..Swimming Laps would be the bomb way to lose weight ,do about 25 laps aday….Also to really have fun and loss weight, try the Wii Fit…It’s a new accessory that you can buy for the Nintendo Wii that measures your BMI and weight..Then it allows you to set to goal for weight loss and track your losses/gain on a daily basis including your BMI….

well when does school start…its taken me 6 months to loose a little less that 50 # though i did stray on my diet…

a quick up to 10 # loss in 3 days would be the following diet each day:

one orange
as much red meat as possible
as much green veggies [lettuce, cucumber, green beans, broccoli, green pepper, green onion, celery] as possible
64 oz of water

If you read any (good, not fad) diet plan/book/interview/whatever, you will find out that losing alot of weight quickly is a bad idea, because you will almost certainly rebound and put it all back on (and probably more than you originally had)

it is healthy to lose about 3-4 pounds a week, any more than this and you are likely to rebound (from the research i’ve done for myself).

also if you have a fair bit of weight to lose, the first bit will come off easily, but the lower your weight gets the harder it will be to get off the last little bit because it is a larger amount proportionally

Do what I do. Get a tooth brush stick it down ur throat till u puke. I am so skinny right now that u could play on my ribs like a xilaphone!!! Or u could do the saw 3 diet. It’s where u get captured and can’t eat anything for days. Then u have to do some sadistic task to live. You’ll be sweating with terror so much you’ll loose like 80 pounds!!!! seriously

and eat only until youre not hungry not until youre full
go jogging or walking around the block.

honey im in the same boat and theres so many of us out there. your best bet because your on a tight sched is a 30 day detox. its hard and yo may fail at first you can try a 15 day before if you would like. Check it out on google it is great and really works. to give yourself confidence in it paste pictures of you that show off the parts of your body that you dont like and keep a weight chart daily to see where you are to your goal. also make out a chart of healthy foods to eat after your done with the detox to keep the weight off. if you do what the detox says you guarnatee 30 lbs lighter

Welllll the chances of you losing fifty pounds in a month or so, isn’t very likely. Even if you became anorexic. Your best bet is to start working out & doing cardio stuff. Don’t drink a lot of pop or juices. Stick with water…your body will LOVE You for it. Don’t listen to the people who say eat less. You actually want to eat MORE, but less at the same time. For example, if you normally have cereal, yogurt, & an apple for breakfast, you should just try yogurt and an apple. Then before you eat lunch/a couple hours later, grab some grapes or something. So your eating smaller portions, but your eating more of them. Running also works marvelouuuus. Good luck & be safe with it. :)

you cant lose that much in a month, i dont even think its possible to lose that much weight in a year.

try putting down that doughnut or bear claw and working out.

Its good that you are trying to be healthy but 50 pounds is a lot so take it slow and pace yourself.
Some things you can do

-Exercise more than you eat
-Burn more calories than you consume
-For snacks try baked lays instead of utz.
-Substitute your white bread for wheat breads
-Try low fat yogurt milk and cheese
- Dab of oils and grease with your napkin before you eat food like pizza

Meanwhile to still look good:
-Wear black and clothes that flatter you!
-Avoid wearing horizontal stripes, they emphasize curves
-Wear shirts that flow, like babydoll style
-Wear your hair down and try to grow it longs, some how it works and takes attention away from the belly

Accept yourself, Take your time, and remember you dont have to be super skinny to look good cause I am and i **** it, and boys dont like me as much as the girl with the curves and the body

I am trying 2 do the same thing heres what u do:
u can try alot of diets but i dont think tuna diet or detox or any other bad diet can work ok exercise 30 mins per day and sleep regularly eat 3 meals for lunch and dinner it can be chicken it can be meat or fish no fried or u can have a sheesh kabab and for breakfest have a cereal called ‘’special k” it works wonders and it doesnt taste so bad :) i ate it and looooved it
and if u need a snack a 90 calorie maximum bar or a fruit and if u want order for lunch a subway meal 6 inch or footlong wheat bread with roast beef veggie sandwich or turkey and change ure food every day of a week 2 make ure options wider but the most important thing is u must have will power 2 resist food and 2 eat healthy stuff a test is if ure parents are getting fast food and they got u some thing then u should be able 2 tell them no thanks i am still doing this diet i have spent over 1 month and 25 days through this diet and i am feeling ok dont eat fried stuff dont drink soda a diet coke per day is ok and drink orange juice is good no other fresh juice no sugar wahtsover u will start losing wieght fast i lost about 22 pounds in 1 month… so good luck and i hope this helped

I **** to tell you sweetheart, but it’ll take at least a couple weeks to lose 1-2 pounds….at least to stay healthy and not kill yourself.

If you’re really determined though, try to work up to working out everyday, but alternating routines every other day. Like do different cardio every other day, and when lifting do upper body one day and lower body the next, so that your muscles have adequate time to rest.

Start out w/ cardio for about 15-20 min to get your heart rate up (run, jog, aerobics, jump rope, stationary bike, etc…anything that gets your heart beat up). Then do some weight lifting so that when you lose fat, you won’t have blobby skin, instead you’ll have toned muscle…that’s pretty important.

Eat healthy! Tons of veggies, whole grains, and fruit, unfatty proteins and dairy, and stay away from sweets and fats as much as possible. Drink lots of water! No soda, or juice that’s not 100% juice. Eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 big meals and have healthy snacks in between. I know there’s lots of sites that provide plenty of ideas for healthy easy snacks. It’s important to know that if you eat less (like 1 meal a day or very unreasonable tiny portions) you’ll starve yourself, which your body’s response to that will be “AH crap I’m about to starve to death, must….. keep…… fat!” So your body will actually hold onto the fat instead of losing it. Also starting out the day with the biggest meal helps because the energy will last longer and help you not feel as hungry by lunch time so you can focus on eating smaller meals the rest of the day.

You won’t lose weight fast, but you’ll feel so much better about yourself, and you won’t die trying…..

The only way you could loose 50 pounds in about 1 1/2 months is if you only eat air. If you’re really looking for results, I suggest the lemonade diet, which is a lemon flavored laxative that you could make yourself. I know it doesn’t sound glamorous, but tons of stars like Beyonce used this diet and got excellent results. (also called the master clense diet) However, the bad thing is that you would without a doubt gain the weight back (and maybe more) faster than you could get your jeans taken in.

Your best bet for fast weight loss is running 6 days a week (never 7) and portion control and healthy eating. Get to the supermarket fast and stock up on frozen entres like Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Smartones ect. Stop using milk and go for soy milk (8th continent vanilla light is good) use splenda instead of sugar, ditch the juices and sodas (they’re just empty calories), snack on lightly salted almonds, fruit and if you want something sweet they even have 60 calorie chocolate pudding. (jello brand sugar free pudding cups) Oh and don’t forget to stop using butter and get Smart Balance or I can’t believe it’s not butter light.
Weight loss isn’t as hard as everyone think it is. It just takes will power. I really do not recomend any type of diet, eating healthy (which includes portion control) and exercise is all you need.
