Eat lean meat like poultry and fish about the size of a deck of cards as well as a green veggie. Drink water and skim milk. Ride your bike and roller blade uphill. Stay active and be healthy. The weight will drop off you like you wouldn’t believe.

But if you just eat right and exercise, you can lose probably 15 or 20.
its not a good idea to try to lose a lot of weight fast, and you probably don’t need to.
if you are really worried, talking to your doctor might help. other than that, just eat healthy and exercise (although thats probably not what you wanted to hear, its true.)
its funny cause im 13 n im 5′0 n i used 2 waight 145 lbs
now im 140 lbs n im still losin weight all u got to do iz lose about 500-600 calories a day eat lotz of fruits n donot eat at night!!!!!! itz very tempting get a good breakfast n exsercise good luck dont eat junk food take care ! (=
Well, im 13 and i weigh 79 pounds(i don’t have an eating diorder im just small) i don’t really eat any junk food, i guess thats key, NO MORE CAKE. Lean meats like turkey are good, i used to love bologna but thats extremly bad for you, instead of having dressing and mayo on every thing have items plain. One hour of excise a day or more is good for any one and essential for staying healthy. Good luck!
fast and easy weightloss in a healthy way dose not exsist, but exersise daily and eat real foods, no sugarthat arent natural. i would say since your so young try as many sports as you can, finding a sport thats good exersise will be very benificial in your goal, otherwise join a gym if your not into sports.
I really **** to rain on your parade, but 50lbs in such a short amnt of time, no way. Sorry to say it but the best results are from eating healthy and excersize.if you’re trying to fit into a dress or something, Change the dress, NOT your body. You can’t work miracles. size is just a # and you have GOT to wear what makes you look the best, i hope this helps
I’m thirteen years old and I’m 5′6″ and I used to weigh 198 pounds. And it didn’t take me one month and a half to do so. That would be unhealthy if you did it so fast. The only way you could do that, unless you were becoming anorexic or bullimic. But you could maybe lose up to 20 pounds and to do that you should cut out chips, cookies and all other junk food. It is not good for you. Also cut out the sodas because it has high fructose corn syrup and if you drink alot of sodas you will end up being 200 pounds. Also excersice reguarly. Don’t push yourself but workout for an hour like riding your bicycle or doing something that burns calories like dancing to something on your iPod or Mp3 player. If you sweat from doing that then you should have no problem burning myabe 900 calories a day with three excersises. Also DRINK WATER! If you drink about 10 glasses a day you should be in good shape. I followed all of this and now I weigh 124 in 6 months from doing all this. Be smart and be healthy. Aim for 20 not 50!:D
If you are trying to do it to impress people at school, DON’T. You’ll get more compliments if you take it nice and slow throughout the whole year, and if you take the time to get into a healthy groove, you’ll be able to keep the weight off (plus you’ll feel nice for next summer, instead of killing yourself this summer). I don’t know if people at school treat you badly because of your weight, but it’ll be more embarrassing if you come back suddenly thin, and if people decide to be your friends all of a sudden, then you’ll know its just because you lost weight. Love your body….if you’ve always been a little bigger, don’t sweat it, it’s probably genes, but if your doctor has brought up your weight, talk to him/her about it…you can even schedule an appointment, that’s why s/he is there. I’m thirteen, too, and middle school is tough, but if people are hard on you, then you don’t want to be their friend anyway.
