Lose 50 Pounds FAQ:
I really have to lose 50 pounds in two months, but I can’t starve myself because my parents would be furious if they knew. What can I do??? My mom doesn’t approve of any of those diets like Weight watchers or anything either. I am seriously desprate! Any suggestions??? The reason I need 2 do this is because there is this ttly hot boy and I need 2 impress him next year for school. Please, please help me!!!!!!

it is physically impossible to lose 50 pounds “healthily” in 2 months. u will lose 20 pounds at the most. more likely less than that
As other person wrote, it’s impossible. Also, you don’t lose weight by starving yourself. If you do not eat, your body goes into “starvation mode” and hangs on to every ounce of fat because it thinks you are starving. You have to eat sensibly to lose weight.
You can shoot for about 15-20 lbs in 2 months, wouldn’t that be great? Then you continue on during school year to hit your target.
that’s too much weight for so short a time period. eat a well balanced diet with proper portions. drink lots of water. exercise at least 30 minutes every day. dress right so you look slimmer. dazzle him with your sparkling wit and dazzling personality.
there is no way to lose that much weight in that short of time “healthily”. 2lbs a week is considered healthy wright loss.
There is no healthy way to lose weight that fast. 50 pounds in 8 weeks is about 6.25 pounds a week and a healthy weight loss plan helps you loose 2 pounds a week.
I’m not sure you can actually lose 50 pounds without using pills. But if you want to do it the healthy way, you should try Slim Fast. I am actually using that right now. You can go to their website and they make you a personalized eating plan Free!! All I do is drink a shake in the morning, a sandwich in the afternoon, and something healthy for dinner. And also a lot of fruit and water and I also exercise. I’ve lost 15 pounds in about a month a little more than month.
I say that you need to do the following,
1) Eat more healthy foods, NO trans Fats,Hydrogenated, soy bean oils, but don’t count calories, it doesn’t help hardly at all. What you need to do is eat whole wheat breads. Organic foods are great for the body. You really shouldn’t eat those fatty foods though, especially sodas! id say two a week, AT THE MOST!
2) Exercise! People don’t understand how important it is to exercise! Join a local gym, run more, Swim because its summer.
3)Be active! Don’t waste your days and life away sitting watching TV or playing computer!

You can actually lose only 2#/week, anything extra is only water. This I know from a doctor. If you go to extremes, you’ll hurt your health.
Ok well to begin, starving yourself is not a good idea at all. It is completely unhealthy and can actually make your body STORE body fat instead of losing it because when your body notices it is not getting efficient nutrients and calories, it goes into muscle storage and holds on to fat for dear life. So please do not ever try that no matter what. It will not be good long term. Secondly, losing 50 pounds in 2months is not really a healthy goal because the most amount of weight you should lose a week is at most 2 pounds. But, if you have never exercised or dieted before….you will probably lose alot of weight initially while beginning your program. Do not try for a goal of 50 pounds within 2 months. Instead just do your best and I am sure you will look as great as you want at the end of these two months. If you lose 2 pounds a week for two months, you will lose a total of about 16 to 20 pounds of fat…which is what you want to lose. But you might even lose more than that granted this is your first attempt at losing weight. Any crash diets or diet pills or anything like that will not help u in the long run, they are not healthy, it is mostly just water weight you are losing, and evenutally the weight comes back on. I would suggest for you a 2 month program of a diet and fitness program. Try to exercise or at least have some form of exercise everyday and at least 30 mins a day of cardio or something that gets your heart rate up. Also, cut out alllll junk food. Losing fat isnt just about exercise…your diet is also extremely important. Cut out junk food, soda, white bread, and any other processed foods. Stick to various servings of meat (meaning good protei such as grilled chicken…turkey…fish….and if you want red meat choose a “sirloin” cut bc that has the least fat. Also eat tons of veggies and fruit and drinks lots of water. If you need soda….choose a diet version because regular soda has tons of sugar and those calories add up. Remember, to lose weight …or better yet fat….you have to burn more calories than you are consuming. To lose a pound a week you would have to eat 250 calories less than usual and burn 250 calorie with exercise. So you have a 500 calorie deficit and at the end of a week that will equal a pound. To lose 2 pounds a week you do the same thing except you eat 500 calories less…and burn 500 calories with exercise. I do not recommend going any more extreme than this bc it could be stressful and unhealthy for your body. Good luck with all of this and i hope you have a happy school year. Its ashame if you are “cast out” because of your weight. I hope everythign works out for you. And if you really want to try a diet like weight watchers or sometihng like that….talk to your parents…explain to them you are not happy with your weight and that you want to be healthier….and that maybe this could help you out….either way…good luck =)
Well my friend was sent to the emergency room 4 passing out! He was extremely overweight and the doctor had to give him an emergency diet. U c all u have 2 do iz : Eat no more than 20 grams of fat per day
Eat at least 30 grams of fiber per day and
Begin a moderate exercise regimen. I have done it and lost more than 100 pounds! Good Luck!
