i am just scared like i will hit a plateau from my normal weight loss of 2 pounds a week! I Run 6 days a week and do the bowflex 3 xs. I really want to fit into a bikini on august 1st because i want to impress everybody on vacation! I am currently 5′1, 162 pounds and 17 years old

Do you also think that if i weighed 110 at 5′1 i would look good in a bikini?

It’s all about dedication and consistency. If you think you reached your plateau, then try some different exercises, that will definitely help you out a lot.

if you eat right all the time and run everyday … believe me i”ve lost 15 pounds in a couple of months .. you have 7 basically just run and push yourself IKD if you”ll get to 110 but hey in 5′ and 115 and look fine but i used to be 4 11′ and 130 so just run and you’ll be surprised

Most definately!! A good way for you to lose the weight is to make yourself throw up after you eat! Your sure to lose that weight. But, you are also really short in general so you prolly will look fat no matter what. =]

Lose it slowly and healthily, otherwise there is a high risk that you will just put the weight straight back on. I’m 5′1-5′2 and I’m like 100 and 20 something pounds I think. I used to be like 175 or something I think and it’s taken me around four years of determination and effort to keep the weight off. Think long-term lifestyle changes not just short-term fixes. I’m looking to lose just a little bit more, not in terms of weight but fat. Cos don’t forget, muscle weighs more than fat so don’t be disappointed if you don’t lose a lot of weight one week :) Aim to lose like 2 pound a week or so. Although, if you are pretty inactive and unfit then you will probably see more of a difference in the first little while, as you are starting to change your lifestyle. I was about 180lb ish and the weight came off quite quickly when I cut out some junk and walked a little bit more, but once I started getting a bit fitter I found I had to work harder. I got stuck in a rut for a while at about 154lb but I got down in the end. Just do it gradually :) Essay lol but I thought you might want to know my experience so that you can really see how it works properly and most effectively :) Good Luck!

Yes If you engage in a process of consistency through this diet of yours as I am you will lose 50 lbs by August even possibly sooner but you have to exercise. I am striving to lose 30 by April so Good Luck to the both of us!

If you do this and keep up your regimen you will have proved that your not all talk and people will admire you for that and even inspire them to go on a diet themselves. Plus you’ll be looking hott so YES u can. ;-)

i believe anyone overweight can lose weight as long as they are exercising and eating a good healthy diet. if your only doing one your not guaranteed to lose weight. so once you start doing both those pounds should start coming off quickly. be sure to look up healthy types of food if you are unsure about what you should eat. other then that good luck, and you will only look good if you feel good.
